Recommendation for Application

STRUKTOL VP 5290 is a highly concentrated micro-emulsion. It finds its usage as soft handle agent for different textiles. Usually it is used in padding machines. A diluted liquid can be easily produced using a concentrate of STRUKTOL VP 5290 and deionized water. One needs to pay attention, that the concentrate has to be propounded and t hat the water is added carefully to the desired active content. It has to be paid attention to ba careful agitation.

The reactive components of the emulsion ensure a higher permanents of the emulsion ensure a higher permanence of the soft handle agent on the fibre.

The remarkable features of STRUKTOL VP 5290 are the slight yellowing and the very soft handle. The smooth of the surface is influenced without having a greasy effect.

The particle size ensures that the emulsion goes into the centre of the fibre.
