DAX 4 is a new developed crosslinker resin for polyurea spray elastomer systems. By replacing partly the highly reactive polyoxypropylene-diamines like DA2000 which are used in polyurea spray elastomer systems by the lower reactive DAX 4 longer gel ties and tack free times can be obtained.

This leads to better adhesion of the spray coating to the substrate as well as better flow and bonding between lay-offs. 

 

 

 

 

DAX 4 increases the gel time and allows a wider application window whilst the physical properties of the final product are similar or better. Particulary good results will be obtained for abrasion resistance.

 

 

Harmful in contact with skin and causes burns. Avoid inhalation and contact with eyes and skin. Wear goggles and gloves.

Storage: Keep away from heat and humidity, storage under dry nitrogen is recommended. Shelf life 12 months.
