ADA 180 is a low-viscosity, liquid aromatic diamine. It is an appromxmate 80:20 mixture of the 2,4 and 2,6-isomers of Diethyl-toluenediamine(DETDA).ADA 180 has been used for many years in polyurethane resins. The reactivity can be adjusted simply by changing processing temperatures.

ADA 180 is used extensively as a chain extender for polyurethane and polyurea applications, particularly in RIM, spray coatings and cold cure applications.

ADA 180 may also be sued as an epoxy curing agent for advanced composites, especially prepegs, because of tis room temperature latency.

Harmful in contact with skin and causes burns. Avoid inhalation and contact with eyes and skin. Wear goggles and gloves.

Storage: Keep away from heat and humidity, storage under dry nitrogen is recommended. Shelf life 12 months.
